The European Commission funds projects under the CERV programme that prevent and combat violence against women and domestic violence, implementing the Istanbul Convention and related EU directive across member states. Organisations from EU countries may apply with proposals due by 3 November 2026 at 5 PM Brussels time, with the total call budget of 105 million euros distributed across five priorities.
