Verified-eligible funding alerts for small NGOs

Listing sites tell you which calls exist. We tell you which ones your organisation can actually apply for, and when they close.

The problem

Small NGOs in Africa, Asia and Latin America find funding through free listing sites, WhatsApp groups and word of mouth. Those lists are long, mixed and rarely say who is eligible. Matching services exist, but at prices set for North American grant offices. Meanwhile the grants small organisations most often win, embassy and bilateral small-grant schemes running in over a hundred countries each, are not aggregated anywhere.

What we do

  • Aggregate. Calls for proposals are collected from public donor sources (today the EU Funding & Tenders portal and grants.gov; embassy schemes, UN agencies and foundations follow), normalised into one record with donor, deadline, budget, countries and themes, and de-duplicated across sources.
  • Screen. You describe your organisation once: country, legal form, size, themes, geographies, past donors, permission to receive foreign funding. Every live call is then screened against that profile and gets a verdict, eligible, not eligible or check, with the reasons and what information is still missing.
  • Alert. Save any search, donor, country or theme and receive the new matching calls as a weekly or daily digest by email or Telegram.
  • Draft. From the call text and your profile we produce a first concept-note draft, always with a disclosure line and a note on the donor's stated position on AI-assisted applications.

How we treat sources

We read only public pages, respect robots.txt and rate limits, and never log in to collect data. We republish summaries and structured fields with a link to the donor's own page, never the full text. Deadlines are the donor's; where our extraction is uncertain, the call is marked for human review and shows the source snippet. Always read the original call before applying.
