Questions

How is the purchasing-power price decided?: By the country of registration on your account, grouped by World Bank income classification. Group A pays the list price; groups B, C and D pay 60%, 40% and 25% of it. Pro is not adjusted.
Can I cancel?: Yes, any time from the account page through the billing portal. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
What counts as a screening or a draft?: A screening runs your profile against every live call at once; a draft is one concept note for one call. Quotas reset on the first of each month.
Do you write the proposal for us?: No. The draft is a starting point built from the call text and your profile. It carries a disclosure line, and we flag donors that reject AI-written applications. You remain responsible for what you submit.
