Our sources follow 2 embassy small-grant schemes for Burkina Faso: Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI); Swiss embassy Small Action funds. None has a call open at the moment. Amounts and dates below come from the calls we have recorded; the embassy's own page always has the current rules.
Run by Canadian embassies and high commissions, CFLI funds small projects designed and carried out by local organisations. Each post publishes its own call, priorities and deadline on Global Affairs Canada's site, usually once a year.
Some Swiss embassies run small funds for local initiatives and announce the calls on their own pages of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs site.
